Fan has been in financial accounting, personal tax account and business taxation field for more than 20 years, with a master's degree in taxation. She earned eight years tax experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and BDO Seidman. She earned accounting experience at non-profit organizations and the Prestigious family office of Walter Shorenstein, a real estate billionaire in San Francisco.
